★★★★★ Just purchased this app, but it doesn't even go beyond the welcome screen. If it's importing the pictures, it doesn't even show any progress indication. I'll reconsider my rating if someone can help me fix the issue. Updated on 16th February 2022 Picasa support contacted me and gave me excellent support! I'm pleasantly surprised to be contacted by the App support team. It turns out to be quite a user-friendly app. The only flip side is that the pictures need to be uploaded before they're editable

★★☆☆☆ Can't edit. Can't do anything with photos on this app except open it up. Ridiculous. It says u can add sticks and text. No you can't. Google play refuses to refund me and this is a scam. If you give me a refund I will take this bad review off. Until then, people DO NOT purchase this app. It's a scam. U cannot add text or stickers or anything it claims 8/5/23 No response from developer. All sharing the photo to Picasso does is another photo viewer. Update the description on your app. $2.49

★★☆☆☆ Just purchased this app, what a waste of money, in fact I am so disappointed with it, I have uninstalled it. It is nothing like the old Picasa program I have on my P.C. I found the layout and ease of use disappointing by comparison, and for a 'pro' version the functions are limited and basic. The features on my Galaxy phone are superior. To say I am disappointed is an understatement, in my opinion it does not live up to the name 'Picasa Pro'. The response I have received the Picasa Production Customer Support team to the one-star rating was almost immediate, and I must say their follow-up emails were similar. However, their response did little to change my opinion of their program, or the rating given, although I have updated my review to take into account their response. They have kindly given me a refund, a £3 voucher.

★★☆☆☆ This is a non-functional app. A glorified file manager. Could not find any way to manipulate images only to just be able to upload files. And it wants access to my Google account. Should NOT be on Play ford. Complete waste of money!
