Pickup is trying, but they still need to try harder to level up with other competitors, I will suggest more publicity. Most people are not familiar with their app, they have good and competent staff though most especially a particular guy called Cetus.he is a fantastic guy. They also need more drivers on their platform cos drivers are not available each time I try to book for a ride...it will always display... No drivers available in your location

I'm gonna just delete this app after my review. But hey! This app is twice or thrice as much as expensive to use than bolt(taxify) or Uber! I got to warri and the fare bolt would charge me for N400 is what pick me up is charging for N800. Also, from gig logistics utako to university of Abuja main campus is like N3500, but this app used same distance for N5500 - N7500. They aren't even sure. Prepare to spend so much money if you going to be using this app in Delta state.

Pick up may be working in some Southern states, but why is the company lying to the public in Ondo state. There's nothing to show their presence at all. Imagine, my going on social media to announce their arrival only to be disappointed at last. No recruitment, no presence except good app. I ordered for a ride and it failed. This is worrisome. Don't claim to be what you're not. It's bad for the system.
