★★★★★ I'm using this app for almost two years. After they added wall Pilates and some more exercises I bought a yearly subscription, price is really affordable, and I love it. I recommend for everyone that wants to get back to shape or for health reasons. You can optimize workouts based on your physical abilities. It's not perfect, but it's good. I use it more like a warm-up before my strength training.

★★☆☆☆ This is NOT a free app, but that is not clear at the start. You have to answer a lot of intrusive questions, and then you need to buy a paid plan before getting any exercises or the 7-day free trial. The developers should say up front that you have to pay before see any exercises.

★★☆☆☆ I cannot find a way to unsubscribe before end of the free trial. This shouldn't be so hard. Can you make sure I am unsubscribed and not charged

★★☆☆☆ Nope. 20 minutes worth of questions to make an account just to finally offer a 7-day trial. Ridiculous.
