★★★★★ Good, easy to use 'no frills' app Good, easy to use app, without features you won't use often - it simply concentrates on reminding you to take your medication when it's due. Ability to add photos is a nice touch. For those complaining it only lets you add one medication, it's very clearly stated in the description, i.e. it's a trial version that lets you check it's got the features you need. You can buy the ability to add extra meds, or the paid version for unlimited meds. Clear and user-friendly UI, not weighed down by loads of 'extras'.

★★☆☆☆ Pics and alarm do not work right - poor messages I tried the single med, free version to see if it would help my Mom. I set a new med, then took a picture at 640 x 480 (smallest size my camera takes). The picture barely shows on the screen - very dark. When I set the alarm to play default ring tone, it simply would buzz (that she won't hear) and then leave a dialog box saying I have 1 medicine to take - would I like details? Well, if it is reminding me - why not go straight to the details? I also don't know if the alarm repeats until the med is taken. When I go to the details, it says "0/1 drop taken" (eyedrops) then "(0 already taken)". If I say ok, it's not clear what happens. Does it think I took the drop? How can I tell? If I launch the app and press the med, the choice is "show history" which produces a graph, or "take evening's eyedrop" which does not change the message "0/1 taken" It asks you to click the picture to take the med and then shows green saying "1/1 drop taken - (0 already taken)". I don't think this will help an older person with memory problems because the messages are confusing and not meaningful. It could be a French to English translation problem, but I can't use it for my Mom.

★★☆☆☆ CON As already stated by other users, it makes you only manage ONE medication for free. If you want to add more, you have to pay. These people should either pull this app off the market or write a proper description. -10 stars

★★☆☆☆ You have to purchase more than one pill This is very misleading...a free version should still allow for more than one pill.
