What a nightmare trying to set up this online account. 2 calls one waited 45 minutes decided to call back the next day waited 28 minutes before rep came on the line. They must be out of India as I could not understand the rep asked to speak with her supervisor to get help, and she hung up on me. Still can't get mobile banking. My have to change banks.

The app is often unresponsive when I try to enter my password. I don't understand the point of having a banking app if I can't view my account balance 24/7.

As stated by several people on here... It's a great app (if you're on iOS), however if you're on Android, it's likely to not function for you. App installs fine, but crashes after opening. Clearing cache, storage, uninstalling, etc. doesn't work to fix. Website not formatted for Mobile so doing any "mobile banking" is bothersome to say the least. Please have the devs look into it! I'll update my review then.
