★★★★★ First time user, overall I think it works but it needs some polishing. For instance, when adding an OCR camera, it should have a drop-down option to select the zoom level desired instead of changing one level at a time, waiting for sync, change level, wait for sync. Also, it should prompt for which email client to use. I have three clients but it always wanted to use one that I didn't want to use to email the report at the end of the installation and I couldn't change that anywhere.
