UPDATE: 03/21/2020 - updated PIXIE robot, beacons, & watch to 3.4.1 AND PIXIE Remote app to 1.2.2. I am pleased to report that everything connects and functions like it did before. Bluetooth's connection with this app no longer is working. Perhaps related to Android 10 update? Using Note 9, and it was working great last year without any issues. Now it can not seem to find the Pixie unit no matter what. Not good since I use it to control my camcorder and monitor the battery levels of the Pixie and the beacons. Looking at the Pixel app reviews, seems like this may be a similar issue with Pixie Remote. Like others have commented on the Pixel reviews, none of my other Bluetooth devices that I connect to, have any issues. Not looking good since a review was posted on Nov 2019 and It's now Mar 2020. Any updates to correct this coming? UPDATE: Support said an update should be coming in a few days (today is 03/10/2020). Crossing fingers they can figure this out as only Samsung devices are affected per support.

Unit does not connect to my Galaxy S10+ nor my 2 friends' S10 phones via the app despite the phones having the necessary specs. When Pixie support was contacted got a response of they're looking into it BUT they haven't had any issues connecting with S10 phones, so it must be the phones not their software/hardware. Needless to say the app is useless & I now own a 1000 dollar brick. ಠ︵ಠ
