Had similar issue as everyone was using for years then after an update it was stopping after 2 mins or 3 mins and not reconnecting. Got this email from support which seems to have sorted it for anyone else having same issue. Issue caused by Android update. Try changing the settings on your phone to allow battery usage. To do this, please can you go to the Settings app > Planet Rock > Allow background usage/battery usage. Then change this from optimized to unrestricted.

Lovely to pay for no adverts, well worth the price BUT - the app just keeps cutting out "Planet Rock can't connect to the internet right now.....". It does this all over London, all over the motorways, where I live, everywhere I go. I'm losing the will to keep going with the app, much as I love and support PR. Other streaming services work faultlessly (5g/4g recent phone) so it's not me. I've read the reviews on that recent app they keep trying to get me to use and that looks worse.

Getting a tad annoyed now. I know it's a free app, but why is it taking so long to sort this glitch out!??? Fed up with it dropping out all the time. This has been going on for over a month now!! It's bad enough you decided to take PL off Sky!! No 5 star from me. Very disappointed. And don't even think about asking me to download Rayo. The reviews are awful, and I'd only listen to Planet Rock anyhow. Don't need yet another app clogging my phone, thanks.
