I wish during the breaks.the software allowed the "coach" to finish his total advise on the movement.but now the counting of the next set cuts the coach off in mid thought...annoying as hell.

Love that it's free and will pay for premium soon. But it would be better to add more workouts inside, for chest there are other dumbbell workouts too, but only shows 1, either way it's a really good app

So far, I’m giving it 2 stars. I haven’t worked out in 3 years, and I decided to get back to the gym. Since I didn’t have time to search for an exercise program, I placed my full trust in the app. On my first day at the gym, I tried to follow the recommended program and put in so much effort that I ended up with severe muscle soreness, barely able to move. I thought this was the beginner’s program, but it turns out it’s the same program regardless of whether you’re a beginner or not

Googled "free personalized workout plan" & was brought to Plan fit. Tried to look for costs or fees in their website, but they weren't listed. It told me I can get a "free" personalized workout plan, tho. I went through the process of creating an account, telling the AI my goals & current stats, & at the very end, it tried to get me to sign up for a paid subscription. It was around $104/year. Website and app are intentionally misleading without listing fees/costs. Marketed as "free" 👎

Why is the continue button not working after entering my goal weight. The screen just displays you'll attain your goal weight by this month and the screen is getting stuck...what's wrong with it
