Total garbage app, doesn't simulate anything realistic. Just smooches and mutates your face together, you could do a better job using real photoshop or paint. This app wouldn't even be worth paying for. What a joke! Don't waste your time with it.

Can't select options for different types of surgeries, it's a pretty basic tool to move parts of the face around only. Similar to basic paint/ picture tools
