Good app, I use it daily. Well I agree, it asks for many permissions, but we can just deny them. And also would be great if you update the interface, because this is not well-arranged and if I turn on the effects I dont know how to turn them off

App connected to bulb once, but never again. Phone Bluetooth pairs with the bulb, but the app doesn't detect it. Gave all permissions asked for but no idea why they need my life story to light a bulb.--------- EDIT: Advice worked, unpaired bulb from phone bluetooth and bulb now connects instantly every time direct from the app.

Used to work fine but go to change the lights on the Christmas tree and now they need my location and access to everything on my phone? Yea right. Dont trust this scamy app.

Used to work fine a couple years ago, now does not connect at all and constantly crashes. Begs for permissions such as location, camera, files etc all of which are not needed to pair a Bluetooth device. Do not buy any Playbulb product, go for something else!
