Why I can not sign in by this app? I can sign in by the mail of xplor but could not sign in by the Mobile app.

In addition to various outstanding features, this app is made for sharing too, you can easily share one tablet or phone with many educators in a room with the new dashboard.

Some of the features in this app is not functional in all devices or web...when you save an observation on one device as a draft and saved it you cannot open it on another device or a Web version to edit later. This is not effective for educators when planning.

Hit-and-miss It worked fine until it wouldn't accept my login credentials. Where is the button to reset password or pin? It's been reset via the Web login, but the app won't accept it.

I am an educator and have a xplor account. I am able to sign in on the Web browser version but when I put my information into this app, it tells me my password is wrong.
