Got kicked out of my primary care office because I literally don't go to the doctors ever because of how expensive it is. I had an issue arise that needed a prescription. I set up an account, made an appointment and got into a call with the doctor and a prescription within 45 minutes

Good for the occasional visit but not ongoing care. Unlike a traditional doctor's office you can't ask a single followup question without booking (and paying) for an appointment. They are running quite the racket for GL1s. Monthly appts required. Any questions at all in between appts - you have to make an appointment vs a nurse or doc response. Your meds not quite right? Book an appt. Again great for the one-offs, but you should be able to ask questions on yout meds without booking a followup

Poor experience with a doctor, and the monthly fee was a surprise that I only noticed when I googled Plush Care reviews after my Dr. Appt went poorly. Had Plush Care been up front about the fee (and the appt gone well), I'd have been ok with paying $20/month, but by not being upfront about it, trust was destroyed before it even had a moment to develop. Back to Galileo (and Visana). They may have a much higher fee because they aren't covered by my insurance, but every interaction was top-notch.

God forbid you need your records sent somewhere. The doctor is great. Their customer service sucks. I have filled out the form multiple times to Release the records and the customer servicel is argumentative and unhelpful it has been 2 weeks and my records still have not been sent to the specialist.
