It's all good !! Very easy to use the app for booking and also sometimes cancelling classes. Excellent 👌

Since downloading the app I have never been able to use it to book a session. It always gets stuck and then kicks me out. Not helpful and means I have to turn up to sessions unaware if there are spaces.

Awful app, awful website. Tried to join online, says there's more than one membership associated with my account?! How? I've never been a member?! Managed to get a link to the membership options, membership options make zero sense (there are 2 options for exactly the same membership type, but one ends on the 30th April and is £10 cheaper?) and the swim only membership is advertised on the website and then only available when you pay annually. Absolute joke, sort it out!

Easy enough to use but it just never works. It's good that there is the option of contacting reception otherwise booking would be impossible.
