Why my redeem fail? I want to use all points to get redeem, but it did only once and fail continuously even though I updated.

Very bad experience with android, keeps logging me out and never count steps

Not worth it. For Android, the app only works if you are at a University Rec Center which is stupid. My girlfriend is able to get points just by walking or working out anywhere with her phone on her. I have a gym in apartment building, but I cannot earn points there, which defeats the whole purpose of the app. I read the reviews and will change my rating back once more support for Android is added.
