I am really enjoying this game. You can buy things if you want to, but it's definitely not needed in order to win. I've made one purchase, and that was to get rid of the forced ads. I'd say there's some amount of grinding needed to be competitive, but so far, I'm finding it mostly comes down to whom the better driver is, just like actual bot battles. I'd like it if you could add a more powerful level of the gaur horn in a future update, though. Edit: I usually just leave a 4-star review for games
