Overall has been stable for me. The update a couple of months back was a good one. Would use video more if it could capture slow motion. Also, would love to see trends of sessions. I want to select a player and see a graph of their sessions over time with average session speed, high speed by session, pitchers thrown per session.

My initial rating would have been 1.5 stars. I was having many of the issues that others have reported with inconsistency when using the app. I went into settings on the app and allowed it to export photos and videos to the gallery on my phone (Android). This at least gave me a backup of each video. The actual problem is that the app doesn't prompt the user to give it permissions on the phone. This is a developer issue. I manually allowed all 5 permissions and now the app works perfectly.

Since the update of the new app I haven't been able to connect the radar to my cell and receive the MPH per pitch within video. This wasn't an issue wishbone the prior version.

App does not work. It shows the video being tagged with the velocity when recording, but then the pitch summary has no video with the velocity it read for more than 50% of pitches recorded. It also tags videos incorrectly. Example: the summary shows a 70mph pitch, but then the video associated shows a 85mph pitch. Spring baseball is not when you should roll out a non-working version of the app. There are plenty of partners that would have worked the kinks out with you during the off-season.

Smart Coach Radar is not connecting with the new app even with all access granted. Very frustrating.
