I ordered a photobook of my trip, and though I previewed it digitally before ordering, I didn’t notice that the units had been changed from metric to imperial, as I was focused on the photo layout. Polar steps didn’t show understanding or offer a replacement. I won’t be ordering another book. Additionally, I have concerns about their data usage and suspect they exploit user data more than most users realize, though this is just a concern and not a definitive accusation.
