Great app, just starting my Everyman schedule - was a bit unsure of the finer details and of coarse friends and family were sceptical but this app provides all(and more) the info you need on lots of polyphasic cycles, alarm built in. Very easy to get started with this as a guide

NEED VOLUME CONTROL FOR ALARM hi you really need to add alarm volume so my speakers don't explode this maxes out my volume even when it's set to silent on the phone itself please fix thanks other then that I love it

This is not helpful at all, I will be sitting around and get an alarm to wake up when I didn't know I was supposed to be sleeping. That's something you should do, set a notification saying that you should nap, have an option to nap now or remind later, then once they click nap now the timer counts down.

Doesnt wirk on nougat. The alaram keeps on moving furthuer and further automatically. One minutes its set on 1510 and when it actually gets on it instead of ringing it goes to 1540

Something wrong now with app, I checked on my both devices, phone and tablet. There is no buttons anywhere, only the news popup, and I can't close it.
