I really like the e-bikes, it is very handy to quickly move around the city. I'm just sad that the bicycle basket and the bike coupling (so bikes can charge each other) are gone in the new double seater. Also, I think the brakes aren't strong enough for the weight of two people on this new model. The app needs some rework, a lot a time I'm a little lost (why is the map blue here ? Why does some bike appear gray on the map ? How to suggest ideas ? How to delete your account ? ....)

It took a really long time for the scooter to lock, after I clicked on End ride and time was running. Why should I have to pay for all this time, which had nothing to do with my ride?

I was deducted €25 for no apparent reason, and no it's not the deposit, as it shows being only €1. I would like to know more, as I know for a fact there weren't any problems on my part with the ride. I'll be opening a dispute with MasterCard if I don't receive an answer by June 23rd.

Absolutely rubbish bikes are not maintained and when I locked the bike it said it wasn't locked and charged me extra !

SCAMMERS! Be aware of this service. They will charge you 10e for each bike to unlock and in the most cases bike stays LOCKED, but you will have to wait for refund for DAYS. Poor customer service also!
