Good, but if want search something, must go to the website . I thought can search some book in thiss app .

Had problems with app, my order was in processing for 4 days then I ask why, then I found out the book I order isn't in stock (writen on app as in stock back then), they had to back order, POPULAR MY use good courier, I noticed since my problem started they have make corrections to app, I hope future customer won't go through my experience. There are a lot of book not found on other online book platform, Some not in stock, but they write which is and not now. Good accepted payments methods here.

1. I can't even see how much points I have accumulated as of to date (or has it been scraped from membership benefit?) 2. I can't see the differences/ benefits between 3 memberships (Privilege Card, Normal membership and student), it kept on leading me to "Renew Subscription" interface. Are you telling me the only benefit is the length of renewal years? 3. If I click on "Popular Online" it just guides me to the website and I need to sign in separately, why not just streamline the access?

Cannot buy any items online, and I can log in using apps but not on the website

I log in from Singapore. I cannot place order from my website or my app to my nephew who live in malaysia, just buy and send to my address. But I can renew member card. Wasted 25. Felt like cheated. More other buy Shoppee free delivery Popular MY charge every single cents.
