Porter Airlines

★★★★★ The Porter Airlines app is easy to navigate and simple to use. Managing bookings is intuitive and adding boarding passes to your Google or Apple Wallet is a breeze. If they're able to add flight bookings to the app, it will be top tier.

★★★★★ Great airline. Nice touches like free Wi-Fi, beer, wine and snacks. Super helpful friendly staff. No middle seats. Boarding is very calm and stress-free. I would recommend Porter.

★★★★★ Smooth, effortless. Be advised: there was no PA/overhead announcement notice of boarding given, so pay attention to your gate and boarding time. No legroom on the dash planes. If you're over 5 ft 2" it's a tight fit. Dash planes are for flights 2 hours or less. Emergency exits are in the front and back only-no middle seat extra area. But, the crew are very nice, and the plane is clean.

★★☆☆☆ If you buy a seat during check-in, and you enter your card info incorrectly you can't complete the check-in process without calling them. There is no way to retry, no way to select your original seat. Gong show.

★★☆☆☆ I tried THREE times to check in for my flight and three times I filled out ALL the information and three times, as soon as I hit continue after all the information was filled out, it kicked me out when I asked to continue!

★★☆☆☆ I can't book or change flights via the app. Only good for boarding passes and flight status, which are both slow to load. A little outdated compared to other airlines.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible app/services. How come 1) force guests to pay for seats it should at least be complimentary 2) App breaks whenever you try to select the seats. First time booking via Porter and me immediately regret it. Frustrating at best.

★★☆☆☆ "Navigation error" every single time I try to pull up my boarding pass. What's the point of us it the app at the airport if I still have to go to the line and get a paper boarding pass?
