Fare amount is very much less and 20% deduction fare enough but porter can take 20% instead of that fare should be more if 20% deduction happens because fare amount is very much fewer drivers are working hard due traffic signals for 25 to 30kms just earning is less compare to other app

I've been working for Porter for 4 months, and I've noticed that Porter expects riders to work continuously, even after a 12-hour day. They introduced a 'next order' feature, which penalizes riders' performance if they don't accept new orders. There's no option to go offline during a live order. Additionally, if an order is missed one day, Porter won't assign new orders for 2–3 hours the next day. They treat customers like kings and riders like slaves.

App need to updated, can't add vehicle like bolero and other light vehicle, low income, poor app, unable to accepting order ask give some time. This useful only customer are benefited not driving partner... once all drivers who are use this porter app if boycott this app then they will get now pain of a driver and his struggles, how many times we call cse no proper support, porter earn on us ...
