★★☆☆☆ Please upgrade your app, I've lost money several times when helping customers, it shows pending on transaction history, and they don't receive airtime, DStv subscription or electricity units. And on DStv please give us options on amount to be put 🙏🙏

The app crashes after you enter pin, say something went wrong, but it debits the agent's account and the customer doesn't receive a sms notification nor the airtime purchased. When this happens I refund the customer. So far I've had losses close to P900 from July 2024

★★☆☆☆ This app is poor. Always network error. We loose chances of making money. Please correct that mistake. You took our money, you said you will refund us, since 02-28-24 till now. So tell me how much would I have done as profit since that time ?
