★★☆☆☆ Do not use the app to load a postpay card. 90% of the times the process will fail, but the amount is still taken from your "source" card without being credited to your postpay card. It is returned "after a few days". When you call customer service you are reprimanded in a terse lecture about saldo cantabile and saldo disposable. Nothing is said about the CONSISTENT failure of the operation. Bad app. Bad service. Poor workmanship

★★☆☆☆ I don't need any protection, why it always wants to protect something? I don't want to share any data!!! Answer to the answer: I understand that the app could ask me to enable the protection, but it shouldn't be mandatory. I should have choice to disable it. And after 3 attempt to refuse the protection, I can't enter the app anymore, because it makes it mandatory. No app has such a function, even UnicreditBank app doesn't have such feature. I don't need it, I can protect my phone by my self.

★★☆☆☆ Libretto Smart not working After Banco Posta failed several times I switched to this app to manage my cards and accounts. I cannot understand why after login I see my deposit account (Libretto Smart) but I still need to manually activate it on the app... Anyway, if you go through the process it doesn't work. I tried it from the atm and in a Poste Italian office. It is already funny to hear that you need to go to the physical office to do stuff in 2024, it is even funnier to know that also that wouldn't work because the app is broken.
