I'm annoyed how the tracking is usually delayed by a lot or never updates unless it reaches my pickup point which can be an inconvenience to planning out the day

Recently the app has an "updating parcels" notification that persists indefinitely, even after finishing loading parcels and closing the app. Only "force stop" in phone settings stops it.

The idea is good, but I have never managed to log in to my account, so I can never pick up my packages. Off the app I can do it just fine, it's just the app that refuses to co-operate

*missing internet * you need internet to open the parcel box * Does not say anything like that on the app / box wich says only Bluetooth (I do not have mobile data only Wi-Fi) * *opening the box failed* multiple times

A parcel is being sent to me from Norway with Posten. I need to log into the app in order to check my delivery (I think there might be a fee I have to pay), but I'm in the UK and I do not have a +45, +46 or +47 phone number, so it will not allow me to create an account. It won't even let me put in my +44 phone number with the wrong country code.

Do not order home delivery. This is something posten is incapable of. They can't find the address, they can't call you, they just mark the package as unable to deliver, no one at home. Disgusting service.
