★★★★★ The app functions fine nowadays, but there is one thing I don't understand. When I buy something from China the goods arrive 3-5days later, however when I buy something from Portugal, the goods are kept Amsterdam airport for 7–14 days awaiting custom clearance. Why?

★★★★★ The Postal app is a helpful tool for sending, receiving and tracking mail and packages. I've been using it for a long time and there have been quite a few improvements. Such as the option to send a message to the delivery person, and much more accurate tracking of the delivery time. It's also nice that you can change the delivery location before a delivery attempt has taken place. When I'm unable to receive a package, I can have it delivered and pick it up from the delivery point the same day.

★★☆☆☆ Just another way to track you. If you ordered online but are sending it to a different address you will see it here too because they also track your email address. If you have to pay a fee for your package at customs you don't get a letter and can only see it in this app, so you're forced to use this garbage. Convenient, huh?

★★☆☆☆ There is always something wrong with the delivery. This time I stayed at home to receive it, but they delivered it to the pickup location. I had paid extra for earlier delivery. Even though the tracking showed an expected delivery time, all of a sudden it was sent to the parcel center. Most likely the courier hasn't even tried to deliver the package; maybe because of the rain.

★★☆☆☆ A bad delivery company by all standards. The delivery workers do not do their job, throw away packages and do not deliver them. When you call to complain, you receive bad treatment and the problem is not resolved. You deserve less than one star. At least add the possibility of choosing a collection point to deliver the parcels directly to it, so that I can avoid dealing with delivery workers and their negligence.
