When connecting the power dots... Power one on then connect. Then power that one-off. Then power the other one on and connect. Then you can power them both on. It's tough for the app to locate both for the first time with them both on. These do a great job distracting the muscles and giving relief. I have had back surgeries and these have helped the pain after physical therapy. The app is easy to navigate and seamlessly controls the monitors.

Super glad I invested in this device with my HSA money! Love the targeted programs for different parts of the body and different setting based on well-being status. Better life better than advertised, but the pads are only good for about 2 dozen sessions before they need to be replaced. 100% recommend

Why is there a worldwide shortage of replacement pads? I keep getting notifications that I've been "forgetting to recover lately. Let's reconnect!" Which I might do if I actually had pads. Only 2 years into Therabody's acquisition of Power Dot and this happens? ***** Update based on your reply: The irony seems lost on you. Yes I understand the notifications aren't tied to the pads. It's just laughable that you're encouraging us to use the app when you apparently don't even make the pads anymore.

Horrible Bluetooth connectivity issues for just one unit and the app freezes during use. Wondering if they are using an old Bluetooth stack... Update: I have nothing in my Bluetooth cache to clear and don't use battery management. I added Power Dot to the never sleep list, but this has not helped with the freezing. Update Jan/2024: Bluetooth still sucks. If I can get the device to run, it stops a few minutes in. I bought a different device from China off Amazon for $10 to replace it.

My dots are 3.5 years old, they won't connect to the app anymore. I've had trouble with them off and on and now no matter how many times I disconnect and reconnect I just can't get them to stay connected. Then if I can get one it won't load the program. Disappointed such and expensive product doesn't last very long. I only use a few times a year when they still connected.
