I have been using the App since long without any problem with good experience. Recently I booked some pathology tests for which reports were supposed to be uploaded by evening ETA, but app still shows Sample collection in progress after more than 24hrs.when I try to connect with help chat it gives message that you are not authorized (how come customer is not authorized to use support help chat). I am writing here as I don't have any other way to contact Practo

Easy to use affordable and genuine advise with prescription of quality brands, no brokerage, no commission, no middle man, no need to visit hospital, no waiting period, no queue, no paper formalities, no hospital fobia, no hospital acquired infections with qualified and quality doctors no prejudice in diagnosis. Best for general indications.

One of the biggest scams in Indian medicine. I don't even know if I was really speaking to a doctor, she refused to come on video for consultation. No clear diagnosis, only gave prescription without stating the issue. Dr Ekta Marietta, medical registration number 011133, is a fraud! Avoid practo!

I paid ₹700 for a consultation, but the doctor didn’t seem interested and was lying in bed while giving advice. Now, when I asked for a refund, they’ve stopped responding. This app is useless, and I definitely do not recommend it!

The appointment fees showed by practo is different from the hospital or clinic. For example, in this app appointment fees of doctor shows 300 then at the time of visiting the hospital they told us 500 or 600 rs. The hospital or clinic does not care about practo. (Kehte waha se kya matlb hamare yaha to itni hi fees hai).

They don't have help support. Most times doctors takes eternity to answer even after accepting the consultation. This is absolutely not professional. Pathetic
