★★☆☆☆ I like the timer itself. As for the rest of the program, there is no way to actually edit a daily plan that I can find. Once you've put something in you can't change it. The design is bad, not much thought put into it. The timer itself is useful, and I will use it, but I see no reason to subscribe.

★★☆☆☆ Good app, definitely. But, I don't understand the logic of Cheung health test. How can a person exhale slowly after you ask them to hold their breath for as long as they can? And again ask them to hold after exhaling?

★★☆☆☆ Apps that help time and pace pranayama are a great idea and while I do admit all rivers lead to the same ocean, for the first meditation program it's a little insulting to use a Sufi practice considering the whole unacknowledged genocide of Hindus during Muslim rule thing, so I'll use a different app instead that sticks to the actual Pranayama practiced by rishis and leave the Sufis to spin in their circles
