★★☆☆☆ It's a great concept and a nice opportunity to offer customers a discount, but it's often not very practical or obvious to customers that they need the app in order to claim the discount. The app also logs out after a certain amount of time which then puts customers, especially elderly folks, in an awkward position where they have to log in or reset their password at the counter. Like I said, great concept, but I believe it could be much more user-friendly.

★★☆☆☆ I don't want this app but need it for discounts. The app is a glorified barcode. I try to avoid Praxis because of this.

But today I was in praxis Gouda thier was in cashier old lady I try to ask her about one product she doesn't help me, and she was nerves even she didn't reply when I said good afternoon. After that I look at her, she smiles and talking nicely other caster. Its very bad station.
