Great app but I would have gave 5 stars, but there is one very important feature missing on the "booking details" tab the "your trip" doesn't show enough information as to what room type it is for example single, double or premier plus room and then should have more information as to the amenities the room has.

Whtever happened to this chain? £40 a night for a double room, now sometimes £200. Let me guess.... it's all because of the pandemic and the ongoing war. Premier Inn has had a dramatic increase in Electric bills (more than anybody else on the planet), employee fees have gone up, without salary raises. Explain these DRASTIC price increases please, without using the pandemic as a pathetic excuse. You just jumped on the bus with everyone else.

Can rarely find my bookings, even with a ref no, name, and date. I have an email today regarding a booking in a month's time but yet again the app says it can't find it.

Trying to go on to app as sent a message but now takes forever to even get on the app. Just goes round and round nothing happens.

Log in to account, import bookings. Close app. Reopen app log in and all the imported bookings have vanished
