Correct details are marked as invalid while using account number (same used to log in to website), using debit card onboarding it just loads forever. I have no idea why this is happening, but it does just seem rather shoddy with all the negative reviews. I can access the website fine, but I need to deposit a check.

This bank has one of the worst services I have ever seen. It's surprising how they treat you when you need something, such as opening a bank card, depositing money, or withdrawing. It's shocking how they handle customers, given that you always need to double-check things, and questions frequently arise. Additionally, when opening a bank card without prior knowledge, questions come up, but there is no one available to provide answers. Even the person opening your acc just tells you to find out
