This bank needs upgrade... In emergency situations don't use premium Trust. Don't bother putting your money here otherwise you will be stranded. Personally I don't leave my money no matter how small with them and I don't save with them either. I even regret opening an account with them. This bank has no customer friendly orientation. Being a bank takes a great deal. You can't just open a bank without any form of competence. Always having network issue. This app is useless!

Premium trust please explain to me why I can't activate my mobile app. I receive credit alert on my mail, but I can't have access to the money via the mobile app. Each time I try it out, you say you've sent me a confirmation mail, but there's no mail of such in my email. I need my money please, to send the link mail and activate my account please
