I forgot my password and have been trying to use the Reset Password link in both the app and the website. It responds by saying an email has been sent with instructions, but I am not receiving the email. I checked both my Inbox and Spam folder. Nothing shows up.

If much prefer the previous app. After installing the new one, it has a message that pops up telling me that rewards are not available at all locations. The message will not go away, and covers the whole screen. Even when I click 'Do not show this message again,' it's still there. Also, I never received my free pretzel reward for downloading the new app. Please fix! I love Pretzlemaker, but this new app is just frustrating.

When attempting to register an account I get the error "Gender is not included in the list" The sign-up never asks for gender.

Pretzel maker rewards suck!!! Phone number NEVER works in store. I have the app, have been to Pretzel maker several times, but I never get points due to the cruddy system.
