★★★★★ So far, so good. Convenience with Adding or Canceling: Premier or Plus, Specialty Dining, Spa & Hair Appts, Shore Excursions, Room UpGrade, Bidding on Cabin Upgrade, Ship Daily Activity schedules all in one place.

★★★★★ Fairly easy to use, some bits could have a better way to find them like the boarding pass especially if first time user. But lovecthe service app and the activity schedule. Only issue is that it seems unfair to charge for Wi-Fi given most stuff is done on the app.

★★★★★ App is awesome, a little slow to load but has all the info you need and a tracking system for crewmates and a chat app to connect with other travelers. Works on the ship without the Wi-Fi package.

★★☆☆☆ It is a month before my cruise and the app still does not recognize my booking number! Useless!

★★☆☆☆ The chat option with Princess staff disappeared when I wanted to ask them questions. It does not sync with the app on my computer.

★★☆☆☆ Great to see itinerary, book excursions and check-in (when it does not crash or is extremely slow) but does not let me make dining reservations. Error message says cruise must be paid in full - which I already did -, customer service was unable to help and constantly directs me to a phone line to make the reservations instead of being concerned about fixing the app. I want to be able to do it via the app, not having to contact a phone line for every reservation.
