IF USING MANUAL CAR SELECTION MAKE SURE TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT VEHICLE. Chose to autodelete without using VIN scan. I thought entering the car model manually was ok. There were multiple images of various infotainment systems that seemed similar. It doesn't provide a warning that you will be using one of the two tokens if wrong option chosen. UPDATE: Team have restored my tokens. Revised Rating.

It's absurd that a privacy app requires an account with a privacy policy like theirs. I'm sure they will make the same argument that automakers will - that it's for a "better experience". That's nonsense.

Meh. There's a limited number of uses and the user interface is so bad that trying to find your car to find the data to be able to delete your personal information You use up all your limited usages just trying to figure out one use. Then it locks you out. So I was never actually able to use this. Can't give it more than one star. It doesn't work

Deleting data from automobiles is extremely easy for anyone to do. We absolutely do not need your data collection app disguised as a tool to delete car infotainment data. Your app is not capable of doing this because you're not actually connected to the cars' computer system. Edit 12-20-23, Warranty is still active after deleting data and contacting customer support at Toyota. Nice try... still don't trust you.
