Very user-friendly and easy to follow. It may be a challenge for some based on the requested pictures/videos one may have to rake and the location of these items. Overall, an easy process.

It is very simple to use, gives the user the opportunity to select the order of the inspection, and allows ample time in between inspection tasks if needed.

Support always seems to say "we'll be back tomorrow" (thanks I'll just go back and forth every day to the property!). App gets stuck in random places, then troubleshooting from support doesn't work. Aaaand, the best part it doesn't let you upload pictures and videos from outside the app so you either don't do it or you go back again and again and again and hope there aren't technical issues again and again. (Oh, takes more than 30–40 minutes to complete) Edit: no option to upload later with Wi-Fi

This app is not well-designed or tested. The inspection took over 2 hours including time spent with their customer support. More QA needs to be done on this app. It also involves too much physical labor to climb under cabinets and sinks and toilets. They need to come up with a better way to do this. I am frankly exhausted just using it one time. Even something simple like allowing pictures to be taken horizontally would make it much easier to take pictures behind sinks. Rip it down and do over.
