I am a landlord and was looking for an app. that would give me some guidance in sticky situtions. like tenantk calling the law and threatening to have me arrested for upgrade the property, by painting inside rooms mowing weedeating fixing broken switches filling holes in the walls , and chalking window. I was looking for some kind of protection for the landlord when 5hey are working on 5heir property.

Great for logging rental income. Doesn't allow maintenance items to be
logged without sending for a quote. Very frustrated with the inability to
log payables as paid. Just returns to the log in screen continuously.
Notifictions screen is just white despite a notifiction being there. Cannot
access it. Unsure if the notification is a reply to my contact regarding
the payables issue.

Application log in with google . Freeze and can't continue. After developer fix the problem , has the same issue. When I sign up with email address, it said "your email is badly formatted " .I really want to try this applications it look great for property manager.

Horrible and frustrating. Overly complicated and way to detailed in all the
wrong places. Freezes constantly. Need to work on making easier to
duplicate not just units but buildings. This may be ok if you just have
rental homes but thoes of us managing multi building town homes or
apartments getting started on this app is a full time job it's self.
