This app has a lot of bugs, but two are particularly annoying: 1) I have a scene that enables a partial zone every night but, sometimes, it just enables the full alarm and when we enter a partial zone it triggers; 2) Yesterday there was a false alarm and I didn't receive any notification nor the snapshot from the app, then I tried to check the cameras without success. An app restart solved the issue. The first issue and other issues were reported to the customer services a long time ago.

The equipment and service from Poseur suck. My battery ran out within 3 weeks. This is new equipment and Poseur representatives simply blame it on the factory they got the equipment from. Be careful and choose Securitas in Portugal.

I have been a customer since 1998. This app started well, but then it began to malfunction some years ago. Most of the time I couldn't disconnect the alarm or connect it remotely. And when it worked, it took forever. Useless for me.
