Worst experience with an app ever! I've been stuck for over a week with no prospects transferred from Prospect by Legal Shield. I have 900 plus stuck in the old app! I can't add new prospects, so I'm adding them to the old app that's going to be shut down! I've had several tickets for assistance with 2 s responses that I followed their instructions with no charge; that was over a week ago! Just wondering, can I use my Legal Shield Membership to call on this? Waste of time and my money!!!
