This company is absolutely horrible. They changed my service plan to reflect. Bring your own device then 3 weeks after they change my service plan I had an incident with a cracked screen. I tried to file a claim with them. They argued with me about what device was on my plan. Tried to tell me the device on my plan was the device I hadn't had in 2 years even though they changed my plan on the day I got my new device to reflect. Bring your own device plan. They still have not covered my claim.

This plan is not a good option. Even though it says you can bring your own device, it doesn't honor replacement by neither Assurant nor Mobile. They just keep bouncing your claim back and forth between the two saying Mobile has to cover the claim while Mobile promises to file a claim and never does. Then when they finally do it's denied anyway. Despite the fact that they recommend the insurance it doesn't honor what they claim. Save your time and money.
