★★★★★ Love it! I love the Review section to see how much you may be charged. I also love the user-friendly app. It is very easy to navigate, and I can find what I'm looking for right away, (i.e. messages, test results, summary etc.)

★★★★★ I have to use five separate medical apps/websites for my medical needs as a disabled person. I think that the Providence app is the easiest to use, even for someone who struggles with technology. I always look for doctors within their system so more of my information is together and easier to access.

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't work. Refuses to let me log in. "We could not load your page because of a connection timeout. Please try again later." I didn't use a VPN, I tried using Wi-Fi, and then I tried using cellular data, but nothing changed.

★★☆☆☆ Having a very hard time getting into my chart tried like 10 times even with my doctor's office and can't figure it out

★★☆☆☆ Immediately had an error after I first installed this app and tried to use it. At the login screen I got this error message, "We could not load your page because of a connection timeout try again later", so I couldn't even get past the login screen. I'll keep using the original My Chart app as I don't need another level of frustration.
