★★★★★ I'm always satisfied with the service I get from PSA. They are not only responsive through getting orders processed quickly but are also understanding if you have payment issues. Most companies will return the cards or throw them away after a few weeks or months while psa worked with me closely to get my order in hand and graded appropriately. Thank you guys so much

★★☆☆☆ The way they grade is all over the place. I sent two batches of cards that I pre-grade. I felt the grades were fair and consistent, the last batch was awful. So disappointing

★★☆☆☆ After a year of grading cards through PSA I would have to say the services are terrible. 0 consistently, 0 customer service. You should not get random grades based on opinion. Cards are constantly damaged, mislabeled and the price PSA makes you pay is outrageous. PSA alone has made it, so I never want to grade cards again. They lose cards also and don't send them back.

★★☆☆☆ Inconsistent. 73 cards sent in, 24 out of 25 Japanese cards got 10s, 22 of 48 English cards received 10s. 23 of 48 English cards received 9s. 2 PSA 8s and 1 PSA 7. All cards were pulled by me, all cards were WELL within centering margins. More off center cards with more whitening received 10s. I've lost $1500 in cards due to someone having a bad day or biases towards Japanese cards. All English cards that received 10s were the cheapest cards possible. Very suspicious. I don't recommend.

★★☆☆☆ App is not working! It continually says invalid cert even on my personal cards that were graded by them. Even the ones I previously scanned now say invalid cert.
