password n username the pasword n user name is ur ptcl telephone num without areacode like 051... n password is ptcl in small letters.. if its not then cal 1218.. n talk to customer suport agent..ask him to tell u ur username n password which allows u to conect ur intrnet..if they dont provide u then ask thm that ur net is not working...sokindly help me to do confrgtion frm 192.168.1.1 the best way to check ur username is go to ur intrnt browser.. type 192.168.1.1 browser will ask u abt username.. n pas..bth r admin.

This doesn't work As per PTCL smart TV installer, this doesn't work. The actual application that works in on their website. What a joke!
