It asks what equipment you have, so it can show you exercises based on that data. Then you get into the app and shows you a bunch of workouts for stuff you don't even have. No way to see individual exercises, only their workout routines. Most features paywalled even though you've gone and purchased their stuff. Wouldn't recommend this app to anyone.

Why is there a paywall for a product we bought that came with a free cutout of the workouts which was over 20 and the app only shows not even 10 workouts that focuses on girl workouts, and you have to buy a premium subscription. I just bought a book for 5 dollars that shows over 150 workouts in detail I can do with a retention band. What the hell are IOUs doing just greedy
