Every other week I had to call their customer service because a bike didn't terminate the ride properly. Every other time the bikes don't open, so you can't rely on catching a train or being on time. Now they changed their subscription model from a flat-rate to 1 CHF minimum per ride for an e-bike with a subscription. If you're like me and use the e-bike to get to work and back, and maybe do some grocery shopping, that means you're now easily paying 90 CHF per month, that's about 3x what I was paying before plus an additional subscription fee. For that price I rather buy myself an e-bike that works. Canceled the subscription.

WHOEVER PROGRAMMED THIS APP NEEDS TO BE COMMITTED. Extremely frustrating and time wasted. Had a reservation at a restaurant that I missed, and it TOOK ME FOREVER TO GET THAT RESERVATION AT A 2 STAR MICHELIN RESTAURANT. The app would not unlock any of the bikes that I tried it on (6 different bikes) WHICH TOOK 30 MINUTES until I finally unlocked a bike that was hardly charged, and I had to pedal it 2 miles. I completely missed my reservation, and they gave it to the back-ups. This app needs to DIE.
