Best phone carrier ive ever had! Every time I log into the app I save money. Also, I love the theme. Thank you guys for not trying to constantly fool me (cough v****n mobile). I've personally never had a single issue with the app on my Pixel 6 in a year and a half, but these reviews are making me doubt myself lol

The app is decent. It's slow at times and the user interface needs some improvement but over all it gets the job done. But the carrier and service is beyond top-notch even without customer service, and I'm using an imported phone. Never had issues. But I know how to use the community to get help and how cash rewards. I've been with them probably almost as long as they've been around, and no other provider has ever tempted me to stray. But overall I think the app will improve.

Being forced into the new rewards points system is lame. I've been a long time customer and was receiving $5 off my bill per month because of my loyalty. They gave me a one time gift of data to say thank you for jacking that away from me, which I don't even want or need, and it expires in 6 months. This company doesn't have the greatest business plan and their main pages on Facebook are run by robots which is super sad. No customer service either. App barely works.

It was good while it lasted. Been with them since January, but I changed credit card and I can't even log in now make payments. The login screen is stuck in a permanent loop. Time to change provider I think.
