Most bookings are eventually cancelled. I suspect most do the bookings to satisfy visa requirements and cancel afterward. I suggest they should be made to pay heavily for bookings and pay as well for cancellation. Regards

Starting to get quite fond of the booking Calendar vs other booking apps I.e. for upcoming bookings, I check Pulse first, as I can see all my rooms in one place. Works well for a Guest house. Notifications seem to have been upgraded so appreciate the notifications. All in all a good experience

This app has been a great help and a good experience for it is so easy to use... I recommend this.

This app is horrendous. Booking cannot fix my currency and I cannot do it either, so I'm forced to use USD all the time. It doesn't let me receive payments through the app do need to receive payments directly, and there is no option to cancel reservations when guests become unresponsive and don't execute payments ahead of arrival. I am forced to get on the phone for 30 mins with no solution from customer service that barely speak English. Overall a complete disaster

Buggy can't when send images in messages "oops an error has occurred please try again" makes it very difficult to send guests their QR code for security access which means we have to switch out of pulse and communicate directly through WhatsApp.

Account Locked This app is so frustrating! They kicked me out of my account and made me login again. Then they told me to reset my password which can be found in my email. I did! Guess what? When I logged in my new password with same username, I still can't sign it! They made me do countless times of resetting my password, I'm all out of options. If I do manage to sign in, there will come a time that they'll kick me out of my account and the whole password reset thing will happen again!
