I love the Pure Plank, but some app suggestions. I have felt admitted results in 2 days on how my posture and overall body feel after using it. However, I wish the app would either automatically go to the next video or even better, have full 10 min or 15 min routines to do. Like this plank for 45 sec, rest for 30 etc. etc. (kinda like the beach body vids). If this was implemented it would take the app to the next level!!!!

This app has the potential to be a great resource if you have the Pure Plank system, however, it is incredibly buggy and needs drastic improvements. While trying to use the postpartum workout, if you hit "start workout" it will walk you through the first plank but then stop. If you hit start workout again, it will start over and never move on to the next workout. If you just hit the play button, it won't record your workout in the app where it shows you your overall time spent workout out.

Totally useless app. First, it lost the security certificate from Google, so I couldn't use the G button to sign in. Second, the workouts would be useable IF when you press play it actually played through the workout. Instead, you press play, and it shows how to do a single plank and stops. It's been a really frustrating experience. My partner signed us up because he's a fan of the creators. We expected more. Would love an update to where the app is actually useful. For now, I'm doing my own sets
